Privacy Notice — what we collect and why

Lenuri respects your privacy. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit lenuri.com or join the Lenuri private-beta waitlist.

Who we are

lenuri.com is operated by neongod LLC, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013, United States. For purposes of applicable data-protection law, neongod LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

Information we collect

When you join the Lenuri waitlist, we collect your email address.

We may also process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and protect the website, such as request timestamps, security events, and information needed to detect abuse.

The public landing page does not currently ask you to provide nutrition records, weight, medical information, fitness history, or other health data.

Why we use your information

We use your email address to confirm your waitlist registration, send information about Lenuri, invite selected users to beta testing, and communicate material changes affecting your registration.

Where applicable, we process this information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. We record the date and time of that submission together with the wording shown to you at the time, so that we can demonstrate the consent we relied on. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us; withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Technical information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests. Those interests are specifically: keeping lenuri.com available and performing correctly, detecting and preventing abuse of the waitlist form such as automated or fraudulent submissions, and maintaining the security and integrity of the service. We do not use this information to build a profile of you or to target advertising.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate the website, email system, and infrastructure. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to appropriate contractual and security protections.

• Cloudflare, Inc., website hosting, content delivery, security, and storage of the waitlist itself.
• No email provider is engaged yet. Your address is stored and nothing is sent to it. We will name the provider here before we send any email.

The waitlist is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. No other processor holds it.

Analytics and advertising

This website currently runs no analytics of any kind. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and loads nothing from a third-party server. If we introduce analytics we will choose a privacy-focused, cookieless system rather than an advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking platform, and we will update this notice before enabling it.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use your waitlist registration for third-party advertising.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use an appropriate legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant.

You can request a copy of the safeguards that apply to a specific transfer by emailing privacy@lenuri.com.

How long we keep information

We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, the Lenuri waitlist is discontinued, or it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Security and operational records may be retained for shorter or longer periods where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent.

You may exercise applicable rights by emailing privacy@lenuri.com. EU/EEA users may also lodge a complaint with their competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Children

The Lenuri waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older, and that requirement is stated next to the form. We do not verify age at signup: the form collects an email address and nothing else, so there is no proportionate way to do so and no children's data is knowingly collected. Age assurance will be reconsidered before the product collects nutrition, weight or any other health data.

If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact privacy@lenuri.com and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice as Lenuri develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.
