Lenuri is a nutrition, fitness, and general-wellness software product currently under development. Information shown on this website may describe planned, experimental, or pre-release functionality. Features, interfaces, availability, and launch plans may change before release.
Private beta and waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission to a beta, a particular launch date, continued access, or availability of any particular feature. We may limit, delay, or discontinue testing at our discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

Because this website is provided free of charge and sells nothing, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to it will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any liability that mandatory consumer law in your country of residence does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
